Engagement sessions help us do just that.

For many couples, this is the first time they’ve been professionally photographed together. It’s completely normal to feel a little unsure in front of the camera, and that’s exactly why we love these sessions. Bobby and Elizabeth’s engagement session was everything we love about this process. Set against the stunning coastal backdrop of La Jolla, their session was filled with natural laughter, sweet moments, and a quiet ease that comes from two people completely at home with each other. The cliffs, the golden light, the ocean breeze — every element came together perfectly to reflect their energy and their story. It was a joy to document.

But what we loved most was simply getting to know them. Bobby and Elizabeth are warm, genuine, and so clearly in love, and spending this time with them only made us more excited for their big day.
