Each Thanksgiving we get the kids loaded and dart off to the central coast & Paso Robles with all the cousins. good weather, Great wine. & Better company – We are excited to kick off the holidays and share all of our recent galleries we have been working hard to get out. Paso Robles feels like a little piece of home away from home. We are going on nearly seven years straight of visiting the vast wine region and always find new incredible views and wineries each time we visit. A bucket-list stop. DAOU Mountain feels like you’ve checked into a luxury resort in the clouds — panoramic views, plush tastings, and world-class Bordeaux blends that taste like velvet.

2. Tablas Creek Vineyard

Rhône-style royalty. Educational, iconic, and the kind of place you leave thinking, “Should I become a somm?” Their GSM blends are chef’s kiss.

3. JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery

Home of the legendary Isosceles. A perfect mix of luxury and comfort with gorgeous grounds and elegant guided tastings.

4. Halter Ranch

Hop on the vineyard safari truck and cruise rolling hills while sipping estate wines. A must for anyone who loves nature, adventure, and a good cab.

5. Sixmilebridge

Small-production, highly curated, and seriously impressive. Think artisan-level winemaking with a cozy, intimate tasting room. Their blends? Absolutely stunning.

6. *Austin Hope

Where bold, unapologetic California Cabernet lives its best life. Energetic, stylish, and full of personality — When the wine maker apprentices under Caymus you know the wine is going to be top notch. This is our favorite wine, and a winery we make sure to never miss when in Paso.

7. *Calcareous Vineyard

Sunset lovers, this one’s for you. Sitting high in the limestone hills, Calcareous offers jaw-dropping views and big, expressive wines. Bring your camera. We had a private tour a few years back and got to witness our great friends celebrate their proposal here. Calcareous will always hold a special place in our hearts.

8. Opolo Vineyards

Want fun? This is your spot. Opolo is lively, social, and famous for their wood-fired pizza + bold reds. A great “let’s loosen up and enjoy Paso” winery. For non wine drinkers they have a distillery with whiskey and other bold body spirits making this a perfect spot for the dads on the trip.

9. Eberle Winery

Paso OG vibes. Free cave tours, friendly staff, and a classic lineup that reminds you why Paso became a wine destination in the first place.

10. *Booker Wines

What inspired us in the design of our own home. The architecture, landscape and floor to ceiling windows are jaw dropping. A modern, relaxed estate with Rhône-style blends that always hit. The bocce court, terrace views, and chill atmosphere make it easy to stay awhile. Visit the cave tour for an extra bonus.

11. Adelaida Vineyards & Winery

Scenic mountain views, peaceful patios, and beautifully structured wines. A great place to slow down, sip, and enjoy Paso’s serene side.

12. Turley Wine Cellars

A bold red lover’s heaven. Known for old-vine Zinfandel and Petite Sirah that pack serious flavor and character.

13. Sculpterra Winery & Sculpture Garden

Wine + art = magic. A whimsical tasting experience surrounded by giant sculptures and gardens. Perfect for creatives.
